A GRAPH THEORETICAL METHOD IN CONTROLLER STRUCTURE SELECTION FOR QUASI POLYNOMIAL SYSTEMSSCHNÉ, T.; HANGOS, K.M. Abstract The linear-input linear-output quasi-polynomial (LILO-QP) form is used in this paper for controller structure selection of nonlinear input-affine systems. It is shown that the zero dynamics of such systems remains in QP-form with simpler structure if the relative degree is equal to one. A graph theoretical method is proposed to find input-output pairs with relative degree 1 for QP-LILO systems. The controller structure selection method uses a combination of the graph theoretical and known analytical methods for investigating the stability of zero dynamics.
