THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM OF THE HUMIDITYOLEHLOVÁ, M.; OLEHLA, M. Abstract The paper reviews the application of an air jet impinging water surface or wet textile for mass and heat transfer, and the gas humidity measurement consequently. The paper is intended to explain the method for identification and parameter estimation of humidity measuring device to obtain a model of a dynamic system from a step response. Investigated output nozzles had versatile shapes, such as circular, dual circular, annular and perforated plate. Optimal parameters for humidity measuring device are also included. Theoretically solved values of humidity rates were compared with results obtained by experimental measurement as well The scheme of a measuring devices is shown as well as the comparison of experimental and theoretical data, where specific humidity is related to water temperature in a tank, in case of adiabatic saturation evaporation.
