We participated at 2014 European Control Conference (June 25-27, Strasbourg). Martin Klaučo presented a lecture: Mixed-Integer SOCP Formulation of the Path Planning Problem for Heterogeneous Multi-Vehicle Systems (Klaučo, Blažek, Kvasnica, Fikar). Moreover, Michal Kvasnica represented Slovakia in meeting of the European Union Control Association.

Martin Kalúz will give a seminar on "Multipurpose and Low-Cost Architectures for Automatic Control Remote Laboratories" on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at 13:00 in room no. 641.
Alexander Szucs will give a seminar on "Algorithms for Process Modelling and Fast Model Predictive Control" on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 13:00 in room no. 641.
Ing. Martin Jelemenský participated at the European Symposium on Computer Aided Process Engineering - ESCAPE 24 (Jún 15-18, Budapest). Martin gave a talk: Time-Optimal Control of Batch Multi-Component Diafiltration Processes (Jelemenský, Paulen, Fikar, Kovacs).
Assoc. prof. Monika Bakošová participated at the 2014 American Control Conference (June 4-6, Portland) and was active with oral presentation: Robust Model Predictive Control of a Laboratory Two–Tank System (Bakošová, M., Oravec, J.).
Prof. Miroslav Fikar participated at the 2014 Carpathian Control Conference (Máj 26-31, Velké Karlovice) and was active with plenary lecture: Modelling, Control, and Optimisation of Membrane Processes.
Our institute was also represented by the poster: Control of a Heat Exchanger Using Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Model (Vasičkaninová, Bakošová).
