News: Defences of doctoral theses

We had two defences of doctoral theses today:
  • Ing. Martin Herceg defended his work entitled Real-Time Explicit Model Predictive Control of Processes.
  • Ing. Dalibor Puna defended his work entitled Robust Control of Chemical Reactors

Congratulations.

We wish you both succesful proffessional career. Martin starts from January at ETH Zurich in the group of prof. Morari to further develop MPT toolbox and Dalibor continues in Honeywell in Advanced Process Control.

Institute of Information Engineering, Automation and Mathematics was established in 1.1.2006 from two departments: Department of Information Engineering and Process Control and Department of Mathematics.
